Guide to Relaxation
A Guide to Relaxation is a brief experience of relaxation, and an instruction to your unconscious mind for the creation of a relaxed and peaceful state of mind and body.
Instructions regarding the proper mental, physical, and emotional attitude in approaching the experience are included in the recording. While you are guided through a specific series of experiences, it is not necessary that you follow the guidance in any rigid way. You may indeed find your mind wandering off a number of times. That?s OK.
After a week or so of daily use you will likely not require the guidance of this recording. You can create a state of relaxation and peace on your own. And you might find it helpful to, now and then, return to this recording to renew and deepen your experience.
